My Background

I qualified in reflexology in 2007 and more recently I trained in ‘Mindful Reflexology’. This reflexology technique provides support to people who are living with stress, anxiety, and depression. Treatments are adapted to target key reflexes and also self-help advice is offered as a gentle guide for emotional and physical wellbeing.

I have a special interest in treating personal wellbeing. Anxiety can become a mental heath problem if it impacts on the ability to live life to the full

My Approach

Reflexology can help combat the harmful effects of anxiety and stress by reducing the stress hormones, inducing relaxation, and calming the nervous system so blood flow is improved, blood pressure falls and the heart rate reduces. Relaxing both the body and mind will help to restore balance and well-being in times of stress.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and fully insured.
