What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face, or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists believe that working these points or areas aids relaxation and help improve wellbeing.

As holistic practitioners, reflexologists are there to support you as a whole person and promote your well-being. Therefore reflexologists do not diagnose, prescribe or cure.

Reflexology For Menopause

60 minutes - £60

Reflexology for menopause is a tailored treatment aimed at helping women manage the physical and emotional changes associated with this life transition. Using targeted pressure on specific reflex points on the feet, this therapy promotes overall relaxation and the release of tension, helping to restore balance within the body.

During menopause, women often experience symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, anxiety, and brain fog.

Reflexology can be an effective way to alleviate these symptoms by supporting relaxation, improving sleep, and enhancing mood. The treatment is tailored to each individual, focusing on reflex areas that promote hormonal balance and help manage stress.

By promoting the release of tension and supporting better sleep, reflexology plays a key role in reducing the stress that often exacerbates menopausal symptoms. In addition, it helps improve emotional well-being, leaving women feeling more relaxed. When combined with other lifestyle practice.

Reflexology is a safe and non–invasive therapy that can benefit both men and women with fertility issues. As a therapy, it helps ease stress and anxiety or fear associated with fertility issues, improve mood, aid sleep and helps relieve tension creating a sense of wellbeing.

Also having a reflexology treatment is a delightful way to take time out and also can help physical and emotional issues making the body more receptive for conception.

Conception is a very personal journey and as such the treatment will vary between each person.

Ideally a course of one treatment a week for the first 4 weeks followed by a monthly treatment is recommended. This however can be modified to suit individual requirements and situation.
